Hi, i'm Alice a mum to three amazing boys, each with their own unique needs.
One of my sons has complex and additional needs and attends a SEN school, another has ADHD and is navigating mainstream education; and my youngest attends mainstream school, but as the sibling of children with additional needs, he faces his own daily challenges.
As a single mum I found that accessing the right clubs, support and spaces for us all isn't always easy. Over time, through honest conversations with other parents, friends and colleagues, I realised something important - I wasn't alone.
So it got me thinking...
What if there was a safe, supportive space where parents and carers like us could come together? Somewhere to feel less isolated. Somewhere free from judgement. Somewhere we could connect, share and raise awareness for our incredible children and their varied, valid needs.
That's why I created The Parent Pod: a warm and welcoming community where every parent and every child matters.
Together we can support one another, raise awareness, and build something better - for us and for our children.

Testimonials
School holidays can be very hard for parents and carers with children with disabilities, everywhere is always super busy and our children cannot cope in that environment, meaning we can't do fun things that other children can. This wonderful group gives SEN children a chance to take part in fun activities that otherwise they may not be able to. They create a safe and kind environmentand Alice makes everyone feel welcome. Thank you for running this group!
