The Parent Pod is a space for parents and carers of children with additional needs and disabilities.
The Parent Pod offers a safe, welcoming environment where you can take part in activities, connect with others, and feel supported — without judgment. All our sessions are parent-led, shaped by people who understand the day-to-day realities of caring for a child with additional needs.
From relaxed coffee mornings to informal group activities, there’s something for everyone. It’s a place to feel understood, take a breather, and share time with others who just get it.

Bouncy Castle &
Soft Play
A fun, active space for children ages 1-18 years to jump, bounce and play. Bouncy castle and soft play for all abilities. Parent/carer led sessions ensure a safe, supervised environment.
Butterwick Alpaca Retreat
A calming, family friendly day out at Butterwick alpaca retreat sensory farm. Meet alpacas, sheep, pigs, goats and chickens in a peaceful countryside setting. Enjoy hands on animal experiences designed for all ages.

Surfing
Enjoy 1-1 small group surfing sessions (maximum of 4 per session) ages 5 years and above. Perfect for beginners or those needing extra support in the water. Led by experienced instructors in a safe, inclusive environment. Build confidence, have fun and ride the waves at your own pace!

Skateboarding
Learn to skate in small, supportive groups (maximum of 4 per session) ages 6 years and above. Led by patient, experienced instructors in a safe environment. Fun, active and tailored to each participant's pace and ability.
